Cancellation Policy

CEJ Images reserves the right to charge a fee equal to the service cost for all missed appointments, “no shows” and appointments which, absent a compelling reason, are not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice. Clients are given a 10 minute window before they are considered a no show.
